Mix it with cold water or milk, as thick or as thin as you like. It is already roasted, so there is no cooking.

What is in it?

Does it contain nuts?

Yes, it contains peanuts.

How long does it keep?

Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place. It is best within a few months of opening, because the peanuts can go stale.
