All food and grocery items are final sale and non-returnable.

This policy ensures product quality, hygiene, and your safety. Once these items leave our facility, we canβt resell them or guarantee freshness if returned.

We accept returns for non-perishable items (e.g. kitchen accessories, home goods) if they meet the following conditions:

Returned within 14 days of delivery

Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
