All food and grocery items are final sale and non-returnable.

This includes items like:

  • Injera

  • Spices

  • Clarified butter (niter kibbeh)

  • Lentils, grains, and similar perishables

This policy ensures product quality, hygiene, and your safety. Once these items leave our facility, we can’t resell them or guarantee freshness if returned.

πŸ“¦ Non-Perishable Items

We accept returns for non-perishable items (e.g. kitchen accessories, home goods) if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

To request a return, email support@yegnamart.ca with your order number and reason for return.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Email: support@yegnamart.ca

  • Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  • We do not offer exchanges

  • Refunds (when applicable) are issued to your original payment method after review

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses or non-collection may not be eligible for reshipment or refund if they contain perishables
