Our Niter Kibbeh is what makes these eggs Ethiopian. Add a spoon of our Berbere if you like, and keep our Mitmita on the side.

Good to know

Enkulal firfir, also spelled inkulal firfir, is Ethiopian scrambled eggs. Serve mitmita on the side for dipping if you like. It goes well with the niter kibbeh in the eggs.

Ethiopians cook by feel, not by measuring, so treat the amounts as a starting point.
